Discount Beads is a full-line bead store, displaying approximately 30,000 strands of various beads at any given time.
Our inventory includes a huge range of bead types and styles, with pricing beginning at 49¢ per strand for glass, and going up to several hundred dollars for certain precious gemstones. Please refer to our product pages for more information regarding this immense variety of our stocks.
Of course, these beading options are supported by all the necessary lines of bead findings, stringing supplies, tools, publications, storage items, and general accessories.
Our merchandising philosophy is based on offering exceptional value at all times. While it is not possible to "be the competition" on every single item every single day (primarily due to the simple fact that there is no way to know everybody's prices) we make a serious attempt to set our pricing below the levels of our competing merchants. A continual stream of customer comment gives us confidence that this strategy is successfully in place.
When we are able to secure a special purchase at a very low cost, we put the beads on the salesfloor at a very low price. Accordingly, a solid portion of our 4,500 square feet of display space will be given over to "sale items" at any given time. We're always worth a look to see these special purchases as they hit our salesfloor.
We are "Discount Beads" due to our standing policy of granting discounts on sales of $50 and higher. Beginning at five-percent at $50, going up to ten-percent at $100, Fifteen-percent at $150, twenty-percent at $200, and twenty-five percent at $250-up, these discounts apply to all items we sell except for the Swarovski brand (please see the appropriate Product Page for additional information on our Swarovski pricing). And because these price reductions are based on competitive regular prices, your discounts are genuine.
